Raw Steel Metallurgical Inspection
All structural beams, longitudinal girders, and chequered deck plates are sourced exclusively from certified primary steel producers complying with IS:2062 Grade-E tensile specifications.
Precision Jig Assembly & Continuous Welding
Modules are assembled in heavy clamping jigs to maintain millimeter-accurate squareness. Continuous submerged arc and MIG welding ensure full penetration without stress-riser gaps.
Grit-Blast Cleaning & Epoxy Coating
Welded chassis structures undergo thorough surface blast cleaning to remove mill scale and oxidation, followed immediately by high-build zinc phosphate primer and chemical-resistant polyurethane paint.
Load Cell Calibration & Environmental Soak
Every double-ended shear beam and canister load cell undergoes zero-balance checks, temperature compensation (-10°C to +65°C), and insulation resistance testing before platform installation.
Factory 150% Static & Dynamic Load Testing
Complete assembled platform decks are subjected to simulated concentrated axle stresses up to 150% safe overload to confirm structural deflection stays well within metrological limits.
Legal Metrology Stamping & Handover
Our certified engineers conduct on-site deadweight corner tests using calibrated standard weights in the presence of Government Weights & Measures inspectors to receive official verification stamping.
