4 Longitudinal Girders Structure
Conventional weighbridges use only 2 main longitudinal beams, leading to platform deflection and cyclic metal fatigue. Darshan utilizes 4 heavy longitudinal girders with transverse diaphragms, delivering extraordinary stiffness and even weight distribution under maximum axle loads.
Shock-Absorbing Rocker Assembly
Our proprietary cradle mounting assembly (Bottom Plate, Rocker Assembly & Top Bracket) allows free-floating movement in the horizontal axis. It absorbs violent deceleration forces caused by moving trucks, isolating load cells and sustaining calibration accuracy.
Truck Position Sensor (TPS)
A unique photo-electric sensor system that verifies whether a vehicle is positioned completely within the deck perimeter. If any tire overhangs or straddles the edge to manipulate tare/gross weights, the system strictly halts weighment.
Low-Resistance Shielded Cabling
Millivolt signals from load cells are transmitted through heavy 4-core shielded low-resistance cables. All connections terminate in fully molded weatherproof IP67 junction boxes equipped with heavy gas discharge tubes and surge arrestors.
Seamlessly Welded Sealed Modules
Pre-fabricated modules are continuously welded with submerged-arc technology. No rainwater, slush, or road debris can enter the under-chassis. Eliminates the loose transoms and worn fastener issues common in conventional bolted weighbridges.
